Return & Refund Policy – The Soap Shack

At The Soap Shack, we take great pride in handcrafting our products with care and quality. If for any reason you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the personal nature of our products, we can only accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • You contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • The item is returned within 14 days of delivery.

To request a return or exchange, please contact us at thesoapshack13@gmail.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item:

  • Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Send photos of the product and packaging to help us assess the issue.
  • We will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Soaps or Body Products including lip balms
  • Used products
  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards

Change of Mind

If you’ve changed your mind about your purchase:

  • We’re happy to offer a store credit or exchange for unopened and unused items.
  • Shipping costs for return postage are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
  • You are responsible for return postage unless the return is due to our error.
