Shipping Policy – The Soap Shack

At The Soap Shack, we take care in packing and posting your handmade goodies so they arrive safely and as quickly as possible. Below is everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Processing Times

  • All orders are packed and dispatched within 2–4 business days.
  • During busy periods (markets, holidays, sales), processing may take an extra day or two — but we’ll always do our best to get your order to you quickly.

Shipping Within Australia

  • We ship using Australia Post or a trusted courier service.
  • Standard shipping generally takes 2–8 business days.
  • Express shipping (if selected at checkout) usually takes 1–3 business days.
  • Orders within 10klms of our Head Office will be delivered Free

Local Pickup / Market Collection 

  • If you’re local, you’re welcome to pick up your order from our market stall or Head Office.
  • Simply choose Local Pickup at checkout, and we’ll send you a confirmation when your order is ready.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.
  • Orders over $125 qualify for free shipping (this is will be applied at the checkout)

International Shipping

  • We currently do not offer international shipping.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

  • If your parcel seems delayed or missing, please contact us and we’ll help follow it up with the carrier.
  • Please note that once your parcel has been shipped, delivery times are out of our control, but we will always assist where possible.

Damaged Parcels

  • We pack everything with care, but if your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours with photos of the product and packaging.
  • We will organise a replacement or refund if necessary.
